Softregen makes AIMS Agent — short for AI Management System — which produces EU AI Act compliance documentation, and the event-sourced engine it runs on.
Who we are
Softregen is two engineers. We have written software professionally since 1994 and 1997, across enterprise systems, distributed architecture and regulated environments.
That matters here more than it usually does. Compliance documentation is not a place for software that mostly works. If a system tells a company it is outside the scope of a regulation and it is not, the company carries that mistake to a regulator. So we build the way that problem deserves: the system is designed around what it must be able to account for, and the record of how a conclusion was reached is produced by that design — not added afterwards and hoped for.
What we build
AIMS Agent
Compliance documentation for Regulation (EU) 2024/1689. Risk classification, technical documentation and the records an AI management system is expected to hold — in eight European languages today, with all 24 to follow.
EventusBuilder
The engine underneath. You declare what a system must be able to account for, and it builds the application around that — which is why AIMS Agent can show its reasoning rather than just its conclusions. Not sold today.
Why the EU AI Act
The AI Act entered into force in 2024 and applies across the Union. Most of the burden lands on people who are not lawyers and did not choose this work.
The regulation is long, cross-referenced, and published in 24 languages that are all equally authentic — your regulator reads one of them, and it may not be English. Producing documentation that holds up, in the right language, is a bigger job than most teams expect. That is the job we took.

AIMS Agent is in development and not yet generally available. If the regulation applies to you and you would like to see what we have, we would rather have that conversation early than late.
